Roundtable Associates' consulting approach emphasizes facilitation and coaching in the areas of collaboration, individual and group effectiveness, quality management, communications, organizational analysis, strategy development, customer service, change management and implementation planning. We have a special interest in facilitating diverse groups working to reach consensus and take action on solutions to complex problems.
